A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Weekly bookings only during Christmas, New Year and Easter (higher rates may apply during these periods). Rates subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
As "Valleydale Cottage" is a small and intimate retreat, any cancellations affect us significantly.
For cancellations of more than 30 days in advance, we refund any payments made in full, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Or we are happy to transfer the full amount paid to a future booking.
If less than 30 days' notice is given for a cancellation, any payments made become non-refundable, unless we are able to rebook the cottage, which we will make every effort to do. If we are able to rebook the cottage, any payments made, will be held in credit towards a future booking.
Unfortunately, for cancellations within 48 hours of your stay, there is strictly no refund on money paid or transfers to a future booking.
